  1. I will take complete and absolute responsibility for the results (of lack thereof) in my life.
  2. I am constantly growing, and I will embrace change daily.
  3. I will maintain a positive mental attitude in all areas of my life.
  4. It is my mission in life to walk the path of personal mastery and leadership.
  5. I will set stretch-goals and huge dreams that I vow to achieve in this lifetime.
  6. I know success is a habit. I will spend at least an hour each day focused on doing the activities and tasks that will move me toward my goals.
  7. I will be on the alert for and passionately defend against any signs of mediocrity in my life or the lives of others (avoid The Rut).
  8. I know there will be times when I will fall flat on my face. At these moments, I will be open to the lesson I need to learn and work on making appropriate changes.
  9. I will be open to and gracious about any and all feedback.
  10. I have the humility to know I don’t know it all, and I will maintain a curiosity and openness to learning, growing and expanding.
  11. I will watch the results and impacts of my actions closely.
  12. When something is not working, I know I need to do something else (anything else).
  13. I will focus my energy on projects with the highest personal return on investment.
  14. I will work on protecting my needs, living my values and leveraging my strengths.
  15. I will live my life by my own rules.
  16. I will write down clear and specific goals and do what is required to achieve them.
  17. I know my self-confidence and self-esteem are linked to my view of myself, which is under my control.
  18. I know negative emotions are harmful to me both mentally and physically and will work on releasing them regularly.
  19. I will use the Rapid Success Mindhacks (tools) to access my resourceful states each and every day.
  20. I will work on discovering and improving my internal programming (beliefs, habits, programs) each and every day.
  21. I will learn to identify when my internal saboteur is holding me back and to unleash the power of my inner champions.
  22. I know the commitments I make to myself are the most important, and I will do everything in my power to keep them.
  23. I will practice extreme self-care, knowing I am better able to serve others when I am at my best.
  24. I will nourish my closest relationships constantly and unconditionally.
  25. I will laugh more and stop taking things (and myself) so darn seriously.
